Day 1 - Arrive Reykjavik and transfer into town

The Flybus operates in connection with all arriving and departing flights at Keflavík Airport and your seat is always guaranteed. The Flybus departs from Keflavík Airport 35-40 minutes after each flight arrival. The buses are located right outside the terminal building. If you are arriving late at night or your flight is delayed, don't worry, there will be a Flybus waiting for you. The FlyBus+ service takes you all the way to your hotel. Just tell the driver where you are going.

The afternoon and evening is yours to explore this compact city.  Reykjavík Capital Area is the country's largest and most populated city and currently home to 203,594 people, that's two-thirds of the entire Icelandic population!

Visit the new Aurora Reykjavik Museum in the heart of downtown - Iceland's first educational and recreational Northern Lights Center where multimedia is used to explain when, why and how the Northern Lights work, with the highlights being large HD projection of the Auroras.

Be sure to check out the new Harp Opera house on the harbour. Warm up with a visit to the local hot springs pool, Laugardalslaug.

Day 2 - Snorkelling in Silfra

Snorkelling in Silfra is one of Iceland's best-kept secrets. Iceland straddles the rift between the Eurasian and North American continental plates and you can see the rift for yourself on this snorkelling trip. You are provided with a dry suit, as the temperature of the water is around 2 degrees. You then get to float on the lake's surface, peering into the depths through pristine water that takes twenty years to filter down from a glacier through volcanic ash. By the time it reaches Silfra, the water is so transparent that people have been known to get vertigo as they hover on the surface, floating as if on air over the fissure below.

Included: Certified PADI Diveguide / Divemaster. All necessary snorkeling gear, including a specially made suit to keep you warm and dry in the glacier water.

    1 Breakfast

Day 3 - Explore Reykjavik, head out to the Blue Lagoon & Northern Lights evening tour

Be sure to walk around Reykjavik to witness its beautifully decorated walls, statues and art buildings. Grab a famous hot dog in between visits to the National Museum of Iceland or some of the more unusual museums on offer in Reykjavik.

After dinner, be ready to go for your Northern Lights super jeep adventure. It is an easy tour taking up to 4 hours. Enjoy hot chocolates and biscuits, free use of an astronomical telescope and expert guidence during the tour. If you do not see the lights, you can join another tour for free.
